• Online Courses: Course Fee paid for Online Course is non-refundable.
• Offline Courses: Refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 10% of the total course fees and must be requested before the start of the course.
• No refunds will be issued once course materials are accessed or the course has started (offline).
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

3. Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations may not be provided under the following circumstances:
